I would've absolutely loved to be able to use this app as I got a £10 referral link however the app tells me that apparently my address doesn't exist and when I contacted customer service about this issue and the only response I kept getting back is them asking me what my default address is that's linked to my account which I don't have (as it won't let me add it!!!). Either customer service is run entirely by bots or they cannot read.

Literally the first thing I tried to order and person is already pulling scams by messaging me and asking to give them extra money as a "shipping fee" claiming that they "can't add a shipping fee on the product" when that's a total load of malarkey. How is this even allowed on your platform? They literally were listing none of their product for the actual price so when you would order them they'd DM wanting you pay them more money through messaging.
