Deliver easy have always delivered great convenient service. Their drivers always deliver with care and on or before the eta. Most delivery times are met and communicated well if there are delays.

Delivery drivers are always out doing other orders that are further away from the restaurant I ordered from which means they pick up my food, drive around doing other orders for sometimes up to 40 minutes, and then head to my place. I'm sick of the cold and unpleasant food due to orders being picked up and driven around forever. Today my subway took over an hour. I've tried calling support, but unfortunately this is normal for deliver easy, and I get no compensation

Delivery fees are extremely high, and for that kind of money, you'd expect high-quality service too. My order was 40 minutes late with no update, and the food arrived completely cold. What frustrated me the most, however, was the complete lack of response. Customer support replied instantly until I asked for a refund. Since then, I’ve sent three follow-up emails over the past week and received absolutely no reply. Not even an acknowledgment. 👎
