I really do enjoy working for this company. I see a lot of people give it bad reviews. Just like a lot of people hate On every other delivery app. Just a word of advice before you Spend $50 to join a delivery company YouTube. That company wash YouTube videos on what that company does put out by people that deliver for that company, and it will save everybody a ton of headache. Instacart Has the same order offer set up. This is not new. Don't take the order if you don't want the order.

This app works exactly as it should. Smooth when on a delivery, notifying the driver after task completion, prompting next task, etc. This platform is competitive, and honestly, to be successful you need to figure out times that orders come out and have this app open to Offers tab and the app on top to accept. DO NOT WAIT on notifications, or you will most likely miss them. Be serious about the platform, and they will take you seriously. My personal goal is Elite Driver, Preferred tier now.

The app needs work. It would be helpful if you could join a queue to see the orders you are interested in. Most of the time you can't even see what the order details are until you accept it. If you can accept it, that is. They need to change it so that once an offer is on your phone, you can see the details and decide if you are interested, and then it can go down the queue person by person until it stops being passed on. Anything has got to be better than the current method.

Signed up Dec 22022 only seen three orders I want my money back they claim to have catering orders, but I'm not sure who gets them this app is dead I think they just wanted to have a bunch of drivers buy the overpriced delivery bags for a profit very smart and disgusting of them I would suggest doing a chargeback on your credit card for the $50 delivery kit screw these scammers with their fake orders this company just to sells food bags at 5 times the price. Report it to the Attorney General!
