Denon perl pro are great, and the app works as advertised - though, connectivity could be improved as there is occasionally 1s connection cut or takes a few seconds to connect which is not the case with other earbuds but still perl pro overall are currently my favorite and above bose sony band Olsen bowers wilkins audiotechnica etc

Great app, awesome earphones. Sound is excellent. I only have two complains 1) social mode is ok but not perfect. I cannot hear what another person's saying unless I completely stop the music, and there is some noise. With my 3-year-old Samsung buds pro it was better 2) The app does not show the battery % of the charging case. You can only see that in approximation from the LED color. For these 2 reasons I subtracted 1 *. If they are fixed with updates I will change my rating to 5 star.

I've been listening to earbuds since they first came out with such fabulous brands as Kitsch Sony Bose etc. I bought these when the price came down, and I expected them to be good but not nearly this good these are phenomenal sounding earbuds in every aspect base treble mids and also something missing from most earbuds is volume these can get loud without being distorted, and they do everything, and they do it well and the app is terrific if you want the best sounding earbud this is it!!! Worst app ever. If headphones need to be reset they need this useless app, but app won't even connect to the headphones. Denon is trash

Garbage app. Will not connect past 10%, even though the Denon earbuds work in every other way outside the app. Tried everything I could find online to solve the problem, now I'm just going to uninstall to save the 163mb.

Denon Perl Pro - huge constant background noise, the lowest sound level isn't low enough (still very loud). ZERO firmware updates to fix this! Can't get into app with one earpiece (to turn ON/OFF anc for example)! So unsatisfied with my purchase. Probably that is the reason why Denon selling them with 50% discount now.

It wouldn't even let me sign in. Every time I try it says error, and I can't connect my denon perl pro earphones.

They are the worst buds I've ever used. Really hard to connect and when they do, it is only one side. My $25 servo buds work way better than $300 Denon buds
