DepositKeeper: Rental Proof

Protect your deposit from day one.

Capture every room, pin existing damage to the exact photo, and keep a clear move-in and move-out record on your device.

DepositKeeper is organized around what a renter actually does on site: set up the home, capture, review, mark, compare, preserve, and export.

• A layout that matches the home
Choose a starting template, then adjust bedrooms, bathrooms, optional rooms, and custom spaces without erasing existing evidence.

• Damage pins on the exact photo
Select the evidence photo, place one or more numbered pins, and attach a factual note to that same photo.

• Keep the lease with the evidence
Store the lease, receipts, and other rental papers beside the property record, then set reminders for notice and move-out dates.

• Keep a dated mid-lease log
Record leaks, repairs, and handyman visits while you live there, with photos and invoices attached to each entry.

• A readable local PDF packet
Create a property-level document with record details, dates, room sections, photos, notes, and an acknowledgment page.

• Back up the complete record
Export photos, documents, incidents, and record data together in one ZIP you can store in a place you control.

The free plan includes every room in your first home, up to eight real photos per move-in or move-out record, five notes, and a watermarked PDF preview. Annual and lifetime plans unlock unlimited photos, custom surfaces, additional homes, and clean exports without a trial.

A private record by default.

DepositKeeper keeps your rental evidence on your device, not in a cloud property account.

• No account required

• Your rental records are not uploaded automatically

• Sharing stays in your control

DepositKeeper does not provide legal advice, determine responsibility, certify evidence, or guarantee the return of a deposit. Seek qualified local guidance when rights or deadlines matter.

Keep rental photos, documents and repair history together, so you can find and share the records you need when it’s time to move out. Download DepositKeeper now and start documenting your home from day one.
