This program called "Amaidhi Payirchi" (in tamil language) is a package, combining the eastern techniques based on "Yoga" and western techniques based on "Cognitive Behavior Therapy." Designed in 1978 by renowned Psychologists, Dr. Hemalatha Natesan, this program has been used successfully on clients with varied mild degree of stress for more than 2 decades.
