Functions as desired, searches of history are quick, QR reader for payments is fast, and confirmation of IBAN matching the recipient is helpful. Only improvement would be to let the user define the viewing window (Y-axis) for the time-series balance display function instead of the current auto-derived and unmodifiable system.

In general okay app but how about "bookmarking" a list of favorite ISIN or WKN? Or at least some sort of "search history"? Trade republic has that!

Simple, short and practical! (Feedback given on 2018) The new app has a lot of cool features and runs smoothly, except when it comes to check the messages. For the message inbox, there is no timeline structure, they seem to appear randomly sorted out. And therefore is simply impossible to download or even access to the right file through the app. Before this was pretty straight forward. It would be great if you guys fix this feature ;)

The user experience with the old PhotoTAN was a lot better. Best Sign is one of the most annoying security mechanisms I've been forced to use so far. And unfortunately there's no alternates at Deutsche Bank.

Other internet banking apps I can use on all computers of choice, even in libraries. With Best Sign In I had only trouble. Except on my Android phone, I wasn't able to install or open Meine Deutsche Bank online banking anywhere, also not on my new second hand MacBook Air with the IOS system. There is no QR code, no Itan anymore and no memorable word; it's only for particular, registered devices. 3 times I was locked out and every time I needed to wait for a post letter with a one time code.

It does not show my credit card at all. I can only see my debit account. My response to the developer: There is no such an option in the app. 1. all the options in my "English app" are in German as soon as you get off the first page and want to change something. 2. with the old app I've already had my credit card visible, and it was said it will be automatically joined in one. I called the service over the phone and even went to the bank and both couldn't help me.
