For some reason the purchase of the ticket didn't go through, so I tried to buy it again and the app told me I can't because I already have a ticket (But I didn't pay for or receive any ticket)

Can't add my debit card as a payment method. After I enter the data the page reload but my card isn't among my payment methods

It used to be easy to order a Deutschlandticket for someone else, without changing my account or payment. I can install the app on my friend's phone, log myself in, my friend could go on trip without knowing anything about the purchase procedure. Everything goes through my account and my email. Now the option is not there anymore. I have so many tech-ignorant friends who can't deal with this on their own. Edit: I use credit card only. No SEPA.
