Extremely slow. I need to requested sellers to not use this courier service every time to deliver my parcel. The branch here also provided a very bad service. Asked consignee to self collect and refuse to deliver to the address.

Reading from all the 1-star comments here, I do strongly agree with them. Yes this is the worst courier, very extremely slow in sending parcel even from selangor to selangor. I ordered formulated milk powder from a seller located at JOHOR on 23/07/2021 1.16pm and received it on the next day 24/07/2021 4.05pm SELANGOR using other courier and that's fast. If you cannot handle the parcel just quit from the Shopee list so that useless Shopee system will not choose you as courier agent. Pathetic DHL.

Terrible service planning. No proper planning, training and with the such great system got fuction?? They can simply attempt unsuccessfully delivery twice time while we are waiting for the parcel. The first day failed understanding. But 2nd day planning delivery the new parcel more important than miss out parcel. No responsibility for proper planning and deliver it on time to customer.
