★★☆☆☆ Tbh i would give these rude b***tards 0 stars that were to be possible, but sadly i cant.i booked a taxi for 5 minutes before my shift ended at 12am i booked a taxi for 11:55, I waited 25 whole f**king minutes before i decided to ring them and they didnt even pick up the phone realising it was me, i am utterly appalled by the standards that weas shown before me. I strongly advice people not download or book with this company. Utterly digusted and disappointed, tuff alaik disgusting. NOT RECOMEND!

Stood waiting for said taxi, when I called up to check on its status, the operator told me it had been 'cancelled for some reason' - not impressed at all especially as then I had to wait nearly an hour for another taxi! On the upside, at least the driver was friendly..
