Hm, hm, hm, I eat: 150gr chicken breasts 125gr cucumbers 50gr green olives 47.5gr polished rice this app telling me that I am in the zone. But when I calculate the nutrition facts I see that I eat 50gr of proteins 20gr of carbs 13gr of fat is this a zone?
