Why so much hate? I prefer this than postman putting it in mailbox and then other people stealing my AliExpress packages. It is simple to use and looks safe

Better than when they started. Half the time didn't work. Not many options to unlock. Now much better. Only post office is retarded and scattering packages across entire city.

The process is terrible. I received an SMS that contained a link and a phone number, but no instructions. Had my mom go pick it up, thinking I could unlock it by just clicking the link. Nope. You have to connect via Bluetooth/NFC, but first give permission, which my mom doesn't know. Alternative options include typing some code somewhere. If I knew the process, I wouldn't have bothered her. She gave up, I came later and the link opened a page telling me the packet has already been taken.

2 days can't receive my package. The doors don't open, while the system says the package is taken. And then "problems with server". Never again. I better pay extra to the petrol as a receiving location.

I switched to a new phone, and I canβt log into my account on itβ¦ The start screen shows βSign In,β asking me to enter my phone number and the code I receive via SMS β but after that step, it takes me to βSign Upβ?! Thereβs no option to log in using my username and password; it only lets me register again, which of course fails because the email is already registered.

Worked ok, but I hate the fact I had to download an app to pick up a DPD parcel. It wasn't user/customer friendly and was quite annoying.
