I DL this app to my tablet and it keeps telling me I need an update, yet nothing shows for an update, and I literally just downloaded the app. I thought perhaps it was a problem with the tablet, so I just tried with my phone and got the same results. What a waste of time! Even if the "update" was somehow resolved I would not trust my water bills to be paid appropriately. I'm deleting both apps and stick with my reliable old way I've been using for numerous years...autopay from bank account.

Never had a problem with divdat on my old phone. Just got a new samsung and nothing but problems. Everything is fine, I select my bill, enter amount to pay, choose payment method and then choose receipt method. Then I click confirm to pay and the app shuts down without payment going through. Suddenly can't pay my water bill and not really sure what the'll, I'm supposed to do
