I've been with your credit union almost 30 years I never had a problem, and I appreciate the customer service the representatives and everything they understand on my elderly person, and they are able to take all my information over the phone, and they have a secure where my identity and social security number has been stolen, so they appreciate I appreciate that I'm able to give them a password for they can know who I thank you diversified credit Union

★☆☆☆☆ Gabrielle Smith · Apr 22, 2026

This app will be the reason I close my bank account entirely. If you want to be inconvenienced every time you go to open this app or simply lock or unlock your card, if you don't want immediate access to your money this is the app is for you.

★☆☆☆☆ Ann Reese · Dec 30, 2023

The app is okay, but the credit union business practices are questionable. My pension check comes the 1st of every month, but because a holiday is on the first? They refuse to make my funds available unless I pay them $14. SMDA
