★★☆☆☆ App is crashing continuously. Not able to open even the splash screen or home screen IT IS STILL CRASHING. NOT EVEN ABLE TO OPEN THE APP

★★☆☆☆ Valet service is unresponsive. My BMW was damaged twice. Manager 'Chhaya' was supposed to call, as per the valets. Over 2 months have passed - NO calls!!!! Further, 17 passes disappeared. Vlet staff says they will address with backend BUT NO update. Has been 3 days now!! Given the above two issues and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY does DIVERT deserve a better rating than 1 star??!! Waiting for the call. The service is expensive.. Rs 300 for parking does not make any sense.. one might as well use a cab

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded this app and as a first and only time user, thoroughly disappointed. Doesn't mention anywhere that points paid for is only for parking slots at malls. Other places like Wework Galaxy needs to be booked under prime and different rates apply for those. To make it worse, the DIVRT point of contact at Wework Galaxy was a rude and has no idea about client servicing.
