Cannot upload receipts recently. The submit button does not function after taking photos of receipts and filling all details. It works again after downloading updates released from the company on the same day.

Best mall network for drivers in Hong Kong. Few things to improve in terms of navigation and responsiveness, but great app nonetheless. Suggestions: (1) Clicking into a mall should still show shortcuts to check parking info, rather than having to first click "Park" then select a mall afterward. (2) The workflow of redeeming gifts through merchants could be streamlined. Currently, there is too much "you scan me, I scan you". Learn from K11 and integrate The Point into their POS.

Poor update: deletes all your settings and removes all saved data, confusing UI, extensive fishing for personal data including request if biometric data and "alibi" security setup: if you log in into the updated app (as all user login data got deleted by thus is ill-designed update) you get an SMS telling tou you should reset your password as there was a "new" login, it doesn't ask you if it was you, no they tell you reset your password as you updated the app by your own..., what for a failure

The parking information pagea for individual mall are almost nowhere to be found, ridiculous. 20250715 edit: After clicking parking, no "location" can be selected. "VANCANY INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CARP ARK" and I even didn't park yet.

Horrible user interface, the developer keeps changing the design and features constantly, for example now you are limited to the number of times that you can use your points to charge your electric car per month.
