Cannot upload receipts recently. The submit button does not function after taking photos of receipts and filling all details. It works again after downloading updates released from the company on the same day.

Best mall network for drivers in Hong Kong. Few things to improve in terms of navigation and responsiveness, but great app nonetheless. Suggestions: (1) Clicking into a mall should still show shortcuts to check parking info, rather than having to first click "Park" then select a mall afterward. (2) The workflow of redeeming gifts through merchants could be streamlined. Currently, there is too much "you scan me, I scan you". Learn from K11 and integrate The Point into their POS.

App malfunction occasionally even at latest version and needed reinstallation to fix problem. Latest problem is the "I am human" on login page not showing properly, that I cannot log in to app at all now. Issue can't be fixed with reinstalling either. Hopeless app.

Mainly good but not when you are saving points for cinema spending. For cinema, you have to walk to the concierge up one floor. Besides, showing them your tickets, credit card slip, they ask you to show PHYSICAL ACTUAL credit card or if you are using other wallets, you have to show them the app to show you have pay for it. I don't understand how the tickets and payment slip can't prove I have paid for it. I strongly feel Yoho and The Point has asked far too much personal details for it.
