★★★★★ The security is great, the steps to configure are at the maximum a consumer will endure, but afterward the App is easy to use. We know German Banks take their security to the fullest extent which I appreciate.

★★★★★ Hallo DKB I cleared the data and cache for a better app login in. Unfortunately I cannot open the app with username and password, I need to give a Tan with the Reiner Tan generator. It seems Tan2go is not generating it automatically. Any hint please. I still give 5 stars...☆☆☆☆☆

★★★★★ This app is very good. The new app can foreigners NOT use when they live not in Europe. It's needed a German phone number. VERY, VERY BAD !!! When it will change to use the new app in Asia?

★★☆☆☆ App starts and after logging in it tells me my browser is checked for security. After the check, you are taken back to the login form... Now you can log in again, the browser is checked for security again, and it takes you back to the login again. Eternal loop...

★★☆☆☆ They prevent me from switching back to verify payments with my visa card via the app. No I have to use SMS, but I am abroad, and I can't use it. This is extremely bad for customers and unacceptable. The new app they have doesn't send the verification code, and it doesn't arrive abroad here in Kenya.

★★☆☆☆ They all the time blocked my account, and I can not access to online-banking for any of Knapp or on PC
