Substandard app.they are cheaters ...they have not processed my refund ., following up since last many days.

No use of taking appointment. Took appointment with Dr.girish(ashirwad hospital Tamika) when I reached hospital they asked us to take another appointment directly and have to wait for 3hrs.

Poor zero response from customer care team. I booked an appointment and cancelled due to doctor unavailability, but I didn't get the money refund. I tried so many times by writing mails and writing feedback in App, but I think they don't want to refund my money. Very worst and pathetic stealing app.I have never seen this type of irresponsible customer care team. Even I got good response from Chennai metro (Just Rs.64) after 1 week of booking. I don't have any words to tell and won't recommend.
