★★★★★ It's a good app Dr Marissa is the best doctor. She replies around about 3 to 5 minutes at most, which is good. I was worrying about my epiglotis, but she assured me it was normal :) if other doctors can be as responsive as her, this app gets 5 stars from me.

★★☆☆☆ Poor customer service Doctor J was unhelpful reads message and does not reply to my question i asked a doctor how do i treat scarring and no response had to reload the chat finally respondes but not very prefesional answers to my problem poor support for customer service very bad service i will ask a different doctor first did not care.

★★☆☆☆ I waited 2 hours for a reply and once i got one they didnt understand my question so i typed it more clearly...even though it couldnt of got any clearer... and thet started being rude! I was being nice and i got blunt and arsey replies!
