Recently I travelled from Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to Cuttack (Odisha) on 7:15 pm bus my berth was sleeper ; overall the experience was good staff were very supportive but my berth charging point was not working and one side curtain was also fixed due to be unable to maintain privacy; secondly please change your dinner halt (sohela hotel) because the food quality isn't that good. Overall enjoyed the service and time management reached my stop before time really appreciate the dolphin travels.

Everything is fine but some points need to be focused 1. AC vents are not functioning properly i.e.when one needs to close the vents it is not possible as it is broken. 2. App Development - My bookings section needs to be developed. When clicked on my bookings section screen becomes white. 3. If payment fails the seat which is selected shows as booked, and it is not possible to book the particular seat again as it is still not in booked condition.

Rudely behavior of the bus conductor. Route is Asansol to Asika. Worst service. There is no guaranty to give you good service. They mentioned it in their e-ticket. I want to give 0 star. There is no any charge point too.

We have faced breakdown problem 3 times and the problem is the same in every time after breakdown I had to change 3 buses. I had a sleeper class, and I came sitting, I recommend no one can book dolphin bus.
