Please do not travel by Ne eta Travels bus. I came from Pune to Mumbai. The bus staff’s behavior was very poor—they never stopped for the washroom throughout the entire journey, and whenever anyone asked, they responded rudely. Bus number - MP 45 ZF 5738

The worst experience ever with ne eta bus. I'm just traveling from mahabaleshwar to mumbai and the AC is not working. The driver is very rude(shine) says aapka Haseeb kharab hai. Spoke to head office (girish, manoj) they are even very rude. Even after giving him the bus number he was not aware what was the driver's name. No proper system in place. They are just running the business for name’s sake and there is no customer service at all. I will be posting the same review on Instagram and facebook.
