Pathetic service. Horrible vets. They came late even though I told them my dog was in a lot of pain and that he wasn't able to move. They came and moved him like a bag of rice, and he cried in pain. Zero empathy for the animals. I asked them to give him painkiller injection which usually helps a lot at around 9 pm. But they made his pain worse, and it's past 4am in the morning, and he is still not able to move. Don't waste your time with them. I regret calling them.

Please stick to your timeline. Vet appointment was at 10 am -11 am interval. When I checked via what app support at 10 am, I am told vet is in some urgent surgery and will call in an hour. Like seriously 🙄 not everyone works from home, one cannot stay because your vet is not available. Emergency can come fine, why was it not proactively informed, why I had to text to ask.

They are fraud. I asked for the travel certificate with stamp and signature, but they gave the certificate without a stamp stating that they do not have one. This is not acceptable by airlines, and I just wasted my money. I had to visit my nearby clinic again to get the valid certificate

Pathetic. Please do not book an appointment through doodley, you will utterly be disappointed that no one will confirm to you whether the doctor is going to come or not. Even though your pet suffers from pain, doodley has no empathy to arrange a different doctor at least. Waste of your time. I will ensure that I take this to the appropriate forum to waste my whole day.
