They are fraud. I asked for the travel certificate with stamp and signature, but they gave the certificate without a stamp stating that they do not have one. This is not acceptable by airlines, and I just wasted my money. I had to visit my nearby clinic again to get the valid certificate

The app has never worked properly and the service is terrible even if you make an appointment by phone. In my case they set the appointment at a completely different time from what we agreed upon. The doctors are not very interested or knowledgeable either, and lack passion for their work. They just want to give injections, prescribe antibiotics (which they will sell you), and work up an f bill. If you love your pets take them to reputed vets and skip this glorified Urban Company for animal care.

Pathetic. Please do not book an appointment through doodley, you will utterly be disappointed that no one will confirm to you whether the doctor is going to come or not. Even though your pet suffers from pain, doodley has no empathy to arrange a different doctor at least. Waste of your time. I will ensure that I take this to the appropriate forum to waste my whole day.

Please stick to your timeline. Vet appointment was at 10 am -11 am interval. When I checked via what app support at 10 am, I am told vet is in some urgent surgery and will call in an hour. Like seriously 🙄 not everyone works from home, one cannot stay because your vet is not available. Emergency can come fine, why was it not proactively informed, why I had to text to ask.
