Our landlord switched to this app from Tenant Cloud. Absolutely miserable experience so far. Fees and other charges are rather opaque. The "platform fee" raised our monthly payment by $25. Lovely. Want to make a maintenance request? I hope you enjoy arguing with an AI about whatever it is you need, while it treats you like you are five. But I don't even know why I bother writing a review as a tenant. It's not like we tenant choose to use these apps anyway.

Be careful because your landlord can actually charge you illegal fees through this because you actually have to consent to have them charge you whatever they feel like, including illegal fees like pretend Bank fees and just whatever they feel like, legal or not. They can also block you from paying the rent all together which is very strange, and they can also block your notifications. They can also lie about where the money is going. This really doesn't seem like a very good app for tenants

Absolutely awful app. can't even pay my full rent. It only lets me pay $1000 before making out and locking me out from making additional payments. So I have to get a money order for the remaining. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
