Well so far so good as far as the app is concerned not a problem from it. But when I started utilizing it to communicate with management etcetera all of a sudden it's not responding opening nothing, yes I've been messaging them like flies on sheep dookie and for good reason (won't say, ), but yeah whomever you're management is they I'll bet have a shutoff switch of some sorts! Oh wellhole as long as I can get back in when it's time to pay the wardens their dues is all I'm concerned with. 🫤😬😐.

Awful app, literally just an ad for insurance. They charge a hefty "convenience fee" to pay in any format, but you have to have the account to do anything related to your lease. This software is trash, designed to suck up more money from peoples pockets while probably also charging the landlord for use of the software. Also, it never gave me a list of receipts for all my on time payments in spite of showing a tab for such.

HORRIBLE APP! My 700 rent payment costs me MORE than $20 to pay! Use another way to pay! The fees are RIDICULOUS!
