Hello, the driver was soo good, customer etiquette was great, he was driving careful, well self-disciplined, today I was shocked to see one of Dreamline driver, who doesn't chew mogaka and smoke, anyway, this was the best ride, I ever got since I started using Dreamline.my all-time bus thanks for maintaining your buses . Worst bus ever. Don't book dreamline. They make you wait an hour loading cargo, seats don't recline and AC buses don't have AC

This was the worst experience using a bus in my life. How does a bus leave someone who was in their office along Mombasa road one hour prior to departure time, make them follow the bus with a motorbike to mlolongo and still offer no apology? The staff was unhelpful and rude and all he could tell me was follow the bus with a bike. I wasted over 1000 shillings and 3 hours of my life on a bodaboda to go to mlolongo only to still not get the bus no money back. The CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT PICK CALLS.

Dreamline bus travelling from Nairobi to Upcountry is the worst. Especially VIP. Wasted my 3500. I learned from experience.
