Great services, I have traveled with Tahmeed Mombasa Meru route 7 times so far, good staff n careful drivers!***Except for the Meru office guy he is currently drunk n Abit rude to passengers who had booked online when confirming receipts today 25 jan 2025. I have never encountered such in any Tahmeed office since I started traveling with Tahmeed in 2015. Kindly check on that****MERU OFFICE**Still my best bus all time.

Tahmeed have decided to go at Mashinani areas giving ENA Coach a big challenge which is a good things, From Mombasa, Kisii, GUIs, Katito Kendubay;mentioned routes basically ENA was the leader Tahmeed team keep it up, I know it's a new route to be in.

There in nothing that looks like comfort in these buses, not even by minimum standards. I regret travelling with you. The bus is very dirty, it looks like it is in a garage. Some seats are held together by sellotape, no armrest for a 15hrs travel. Hii ni Houma. It is just pathetic, not even mentioning poor timing with uncouth staff, no charging sockets. What is this service even? Nijipate tena.

Poor customer service. I booked ticket number TAH 52936162 with the seat number 13 and paid in advance. But on arrival on my trip day, someone else was sitting on my seat number. I was given a different seat number 17, which I clearly didn't like. I like traveling on the corner seat, that is why I booked seat number 13 early. I am not likely to travel with Tahmeed ever again. Am not likely to recommend Tahmeed company to any of my family & friends again.

Most useless and horrible experience travelling with Tahmeed. Bus conductors are very arrogant and rude. Timings wise they are never punctual always late. Wouldn't recommend anyone travelling by bis to use Tahmeed bus service. Seats aren't comfortable at all.
