Great services, I have traveled with Tahmeed Mombasa Meru route 7 times so far, good staff n careful drivers!***Except for the Meru office guy he is currently drunk n Abit rude to passengers who had booked online when confirming receipts today 25 jan 2025. I have never encountered such in any Tahmeed office since I started traveling with Tahmeed in 2015. Kindly check on that****MERU OFFICE**Still my best bus all time.

Tahmeed have decided to go at Mashinani areas giving ENA Coach a big challenge which is a good things, From Mombasa, Kisii, GUIs, Katito Kendubay;mentioned routes basically ENA was the leader Tahmeed team keep it up, I know it's a new route to be in.

Not happy at all with your services at especially the staff at member tayari, I admit I was late but surely paying a whole kshs.700 and again to pay for your luggage kshs.400, and you have booked a seat for kshs.1600 not happy at all. The loading people also are rude, improve on that!

Tahmeed has become the most useless bus service, at the main office Mombasa they have a worthy tellers whom they do not understand anything about customer service, very rude to customers, High rate of road crackdowns, drivers and conductors are rude even a single word of an apology can't get it from then. As from today choosing tahmeed will be the last option in world, it has become a scam.

Most useless and horrible experience travelling with Tahmeed. Bus conductors are very arrogant and rude. Timings wise they are never punctual always late. Wouldn't recommend anyone travelling by bis to use Tahmeed bus service. Seats aren't comfortable at all.
