Our vision is to offer world-class transportation services in an innovative way while harnessing the use of technology to delight retain and defend our clients. ENA Coach is a bus and shuttle company being run by ENA Investments Limited. The company has been operational since 2010 but has been operating under a different SACCO.
With Experience in the PSV industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) has evaluated the challenges and come up with better services to offer exemplary services. ENA Coach covers more than 30 routes within Kenya and is working round the clock to add more routes within Kenya and the greater East African region.

Good bus if you get newer version and good crew, they need to work on charging system often than not we are asked to wait halfway into the journey excuse it's charging, night buses to have curtains, departure give alerts in case of delays time management, Wi-Fi perfect, work on ugunja, ukwala adorers route,

Message says get to the booking office by 11:30 and the shuttle arrives at 3pm. How late is very late . Add shuttle/bus departure time to avoid inconveniences

Worst experience ever on a psv !!! Booked online a shuttle KDQ 910E from Nairobi to Homabay When we reached Rongo we stopped, the driver told us that we were to be transferred to a bus (9 passengers on board) that the shuttle had been instructed to go to school and pick high school students. The first bus came, it was full we had to wait in the cold for 1 and a half hours before another bus could come to pick us. I swear I'll never opt for this company again!!!

Poor communication.... How do we know the route a certain bus I passing......I book a bus because I know ena coach buses going to USIA use Isuzu USIA road now when I'm boarding they are telling me now to go to USIA....really disappointed in this service

Giving it one star for lack of zero stat rating. The staffs are arrogant with poor service and vernacular language. I sent a parcel, and it took almost 3 days to reach Bondo, and they even opened the suitcase and stole 2 wigs. Use Ena Coach at your own risk. Also, their landlines they don't attend to customers whenever they are called, they just do some ads and hang up. Ena coach need to be called out, and I'm leaving this comment here so that you don't be the next victim
