We can't pick up the orders from mobile phone. Owner has to sign in from store devices If he is not forget it. Which is painful for drivers. I wish we could pick up the orders ourselves from mobile phone and go easy

Would be nice to scrol through the previous days and see a list of all past deliveries, in some areas the picture and navigation takes you to the wrong house (not sure if this is something you can correct, but delm8 uses a great system which gets you to the right place every time) Also would be nice if you pressed the notification when you get assigned a delivery to take you to that delivery screen Also tried sending this in an email but the user couldn't be found, otherwise works good

Ruined a perfectly good feature of optimize route. Changed with optimize with AI which is shiniest... Fire whoever idea it was and revert changes please

Hoping you read and respond as it would be good to improve the app. App gives incorrect distance, it gives the distance in a straight line from your location to destination, not the distance via roads! Distance via roads obviously is longer and accurate. Or your boss is like where have you been, it's only 3 miles, when actually it's often 4 or 5 miles. Also, when customer orders, delivery fee is wrong because it doesn't calculate by distance. On busy nights, app is v slow to send order to phone.

It doesn't even work properly, half of the time it doesn't even show where the drivers are it just shows the driver in front of the shop at all time it would be great for you to try and fix the live tracking. Thank you
