★★★★★ Both times I needed large items moved and Drop pa came through for me. Made the moving process easy. I see a lot of mixed reviews, but it worked great for me in Jodi and Cape Town.

★★★★★ 5 stars for the service! Very convenient, affordable and reliable. The app itself isn't great though. It crashed many times, and I've had to reinstall it twice for it to finally work.

★★☆☆☆ Pathetic service!! Zero stars from me. Try phoning them, can't get through. Truly disappointing! Requesting a refund for sure. My parcel appears to have been delivered according to their system, but it was never picked up. Super easy to book a pickup and pay and that's where it ends. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting for the parcel to be picked up!!!

★★☆☆☆ I used this service and booked 2 additional people to help with the load. The driver only pitched up. I have been complaining for 3 weeks and still waiting for my refund for the services I did not receive. I am not a fan of Drop pa. I do not recommend the service or app to anyone. It has been such an unprofessional experience. Secondly, the customer service person has not been getting back to me. I have to keep nagging that person. The business is not customer-centric.
