The email that I received as a confirmation stated that the drugstore would call me when my order was ready, but it never happened. I called the drugstore eventually and was told that they never call anybody. They need to change their website to correctly inform customers.

It's a big waste of time. You put in your phone number they give you a six-digit code you put in three numbers, and then it closes on you, so you redo it and redo it I might not be a superstar, but I have better things to do with my time than non-stop getting shut off with an app from the phone that doesn't work..... Huge disappointment because Drug Mart is awesome !!!!!

The login process has serious problems. You enter your mobile number and advance to a screen to enter the code sent via SMS. While receiving the SMS the app resets to the mobile number screen. When you retry, the code you received from the prior attempt is invalidated. After 3 or 4 attempts you are locked out for a period.
