So many aspects don't work. It won't connect mile account to existing ticket, no payment options are presented when trying to pre-purchase excess baggage, so you are forced to pay at the counter presumably excluding any pre-purchase discount. Once checked in you cannot modify add-ons, every other airlines allows this in their app. Please user test on real customers and modify the app according to feedback for customer focus. Uninstalled used web based check in which was no better.

I tried finding the timing details of flight no. KB211 Kol-Paro of 20 Dec 2018 afternoon rescheduled to 21Dec early morning to help me plan my pickup timing at paro. It was giving all sorts of data excepting the correct rescheduled timings. The whole point of developing such an application is to take care of such matters and reduce the need to call the inquiry desk and get lined up in the call que. Your application seriously need to be looked into to stay relevant during your difficult times.
