Paid for doorstep delivery from Vernacular to Bengaluru. Parcel sat in their Bengaluru warehouse for 8 days with zero delivery attempt and zero notification. Called customer care multiple times — all they did was raise complaints with no action. After 8 days of chasing, they had the nerve to ask ME to go collect it myself. And here's the worst part — I am recovering from an ankle fracture and still had to physically go to their office. When I got there, the staff openly admitted "we don't deliver

DTDC is regarded as one of India's leading and most reputable courier companies. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. My parcel (Tracking No. F33349193) was falsely marked as "delivered" despite never being delivered to me. Repeated emails have gone unanswered, and despite numerous phone calls, I have neither received a callback nor a satisfactory explanation. After multiple follow-ups, I got hold of supervisor, Bala, said it will be delivered on 23rd but not delivered.
