Very disappointing experience with online booking. Had booked in the website, pickup confirmed by 6:00pm, amount paid, had booked premium shipment, so it can be delivered in a day because it was urgent. No pickup done, explained to call center, was promised emergency pickup within an hour, that also not done, if we click cancel pickup from app it doesn't even cancel. Feels like my money is gone. I wouldn't recommend to book online for courier safer to do offline.

Worst service, they accepted my parcel from Lens kart for delivery to my home now they are saying they don't have any service there and asking me to come 35 kms, so first of all why did accept the parcel from Lens kart for my home address, but I have heard that they have service near my home, but they are not sending that parcel to courier hub near and very rude behavior. I won't ever use DTDC on my life.
