These people are terrible at their jobs. They're fixed route buses will miss you at the stops then complain that it's too hard to see you when they're speeding. And don't get me started on the on demand bus. They won't tell anyone if they aren't going to be running, and because of that, I'm short half a pinky finger because I had to walk for 2 hours across town in 20 degrees. Sick and frostbitten because these people can't be bothered to do the bare minimum

App doesn't work. I've tried every troubleshooting steps to get it to work before contacting customer service but even they don't know what's wrong on their end for the app. I provide details regarding the app saying," DuranGo! Is currently out of service. DuranGo! Operates from Monday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and DuranGo! Outside from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please try again later." Been trying to get a ride for months. App needs some work.
