The official Pararius App offers the most complete and current rental estate listings on the Dutch market. Based on where you are located, Pararius will provide you with properties for rent in and around your location in Holland.
You are also able to do a search by using the advanced search option which provides you with results in a list or on the map. After that you will be able to view the pictures and detailed description of any rental property. Furthermore you are able to contact the real estate agent by email or direct call from the App. You will also be able to pass on rental properties to your friends by email or add them to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
Personalise the homepage with your personal preferences by selecting four cities. Whenever you use the Pararius App you will see the 10 latest rental properties in these cities.
Recent changes: We've updated the app so 'My Location' feature is improved. We've added clearer rental price displays and the app provides more search options. Many more house details are displayed.
We provide faster updates which means that new rentals put on the market are shown within seconds. Now you'll be able to zero in on the house / apartment that fits your situation even easier. We've also improved the look and feel of the main search listings so that you see the number of results.
