It's ok except for the fact that it's not clear how and where to update or what to do when it keeps telling you when you want to sign in, this account doesn't match your name, so I am stuck, need assistance updating my app

The numerical keyboard does not appear to log in the password. I have been trying for the past two weeks without success. I even uninstall and reinstall it back in play store, but still the same phenomena repeat themselves. What a nonsense. Even when it used to work, it was very 🐌

I really don't understand how to register nothing works on its home page. I don't know if they read the several improvements they should do for their app to be like the concurrent. Otherwise, Very boring.

This app needs serious improvements. And the option to update isn't found in google play. It's not flexible and messages don't enter the phone to show that one has received his or her money. The only way to know is from the app. Most at times it glitches and when restored it doesn't show the total amount of money deducted or which just entered... Guys please make your app more flexible

This is the worst app I've ever used. Please see examples from other banks (Eco bank.) your app is outdated. Graphics are bad, it is slow and very ugly for almost 6000fcfa a trimester. A big scam.

I don't know what is happening every time I need to reset password, but it is never easy. Please adjust this functionality somewhere on the app interface.
