Very impressed with this app to be honest. I was able to open a bank account in 10 mins. Works very well. One more feature I would like to have is to be able to nickname my accounts. I want to label my accounts' ex. 'Rent' or 'Savings' or 'Needs' or 'Wants'. I would like to give my accounts personal labels. Otherwise, this app works well. Very happy to be an NBC customer

Worst Sim banking application ever, you can't register yourself on application, you need to visit nbc branch, which is annoying since sometimes you change phone when you're not in town, plus even if you got there, they will tell you wait for a week then come back again, I did more than 3 times, and I decided to switch bank

This is the second time the app won't allow me to login. Now the biometric option is gone and the bank isn't picking up. The first time this happened I wasn't in the country and same problematic procedures over and over. It is honestly so frustrating.
