I love NBC bank, whenever you want to make transactions, there is no delay.
★★★★★Theresa Avila· Oct 14, 2025
Very impressed with this app to be honest. I was able to open a bank account in 10 mins. Works very well. One more feature I would like to have is to be able to nickname my accounts. I want to label my accounts' ex. 'Rent' or 'Savings' or 'Needs' or 'Wants'. I would like to give my accounts personal labels. Otherwise, this app works well. Very happy to be an NBC customer

I have an NBC account, I registered using my voter ID, now I want to use the NBC app, but they require a NIDA ID and I don't have one, what do I do?
★☆☆☆☆Mustapha Chimbalanga· Aug 10, 2026
The whole day I can't make transactions. Is it me only or are there any other people who experience the same problem as mine??? I can't make any transfers or even buy some airtime, pay bills, since it's the only app I use for various transactions.
★☆☆☆☆Florence M· May 11, 2026
This is the second time the app won't allow me to login. Now the biometric option is gone and the bank isn't picking up. The first time this happened I wasn't in the country and same problematic procedures over and over. It is honestly so frustrating.

Is the best application but in reality we experience difficulties in login just try to improve there😔😔
★☆☆☆☆Tungaraza Christina· May 7, 2026
The app is not as good, can't paste number ...it's so manual. Please improve user experience as it's so bad, learn from CRDB app the best so far
