Very impressed with this app to be honest. I was able to open a bank account in 10 mins. Works very well. One more feature I would like to have is to be able to nickname my accounts. I want to label my accounts' ex. 'Rent' or 'Savings' or 'Needs' or 'Wants'. I would like to give my accounts personal labels. Otherwise, this app works well. Very happy to be an NBC customer

The whole day I can't make transactions. Is it me only or are there any other people who experience the same problem as mine??? I can't make any transfers or even buy some airtime, pay bills, since it's the only app I use for various transactions.

This is the second time the app won't allow me to login. Now the biometric option is gone and the bank isn't picking up. The first time this happened I wasn't in the country and same problematic procedures over and over. It is honestly so frustrating.
