Very well-designed and organized app. Contains a lot of features, and they are all quickly and easily accessed with a fast and easy-to-use menu. I would recommend all the e-motion M25 users to download the app even if you just want to use the free features. I would also recommend looking at the paid extras/add-ons- for me, they are well worth it. Also, I am glad they are updating the app regularly with fixes and updates. Hopefully they will also release an IOS version at some point. I have checked and any add-ons you buy on the app are registered to your wheels, therefore they will be also available if you buy a new phone or your partner's phone etc., and I'm fairly sure if they release an IOS version they will be replicated there. For information-I'm running it on android 8.0.0. Well done Alber-you've really hit the ball out of the park with these wheels and the app. I imagine they will dominate the power addon market for many years. Please keep reviewing the App and this make updates when necessary for changes to this the OS etc. M25 user. (previously M15 and M12 user).

Thanks to the new app update the app is totally unusable. When I have gesture mode enabled: I cannot access the menu. I cannot click the button to connect my wheels through Bluetooth. When I have buttoned mode enabled: I can access the menu. I still cannot connect my wheels through Bluetooth. I then additionally can no longer switch user profile as the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen blocks that. There is zero app functionality anymore.

I received my rims yesterday. We had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times yesterday to get it to stay connected. Today I woke up and guess what, the app doesn't recognize my rims again! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and now it doesn't even ask me for my pin. Nightmare.

- one-star deduction because it can't be used simultaneously with the duo drive control unit - one-star deduction because changing between indoor and outdoor mode is only possible with a €100 add-on, this is especially annoying as when the app is connected you can't use the control unit to switch. - two stars deduction because you can't disable the app pin. Even when set to 1111 it takes time to enter while offering little protection as somebody may take your phone when the app is connected.

Backwards joystick, Expensive add-ons, difficult to use. Reverse Left turns goes back Right. Have to pay for basic things like a more responsive mode for outdoor use and a gentler mode for navigating tight indoor areas. Between having to unlock the phone and navigating screens in the app it takes a long time to start and stop cruise control. The app frequently disconnects from the wheels and has to be unlocked again. No watch variation! Then at least I wouldn't have to worry dropping phone.

Microtransactions? In my wheelchair? It's more likely than you might think. I can't believe someone would take advantage of people who buy a product by adding extra charges afterward that lock the user out of certain features. How greedy...if my wheels can go 8,5 km/h, why should I have to pay extra?
