Paired my BLOCK Z20 as you should - it was connected over USB to PC to power. Connection was confirmed and stable. No data in the app, as soon as you go to System Information or Motor customization the app just freezes and then crashes. UNUSABLE!

Doesn't even start, goes straight to black screen. Love the motor, worthless app.

Doesn't seem to do much more than the remote does already. Plus the app doesn't work if you don't let it mine all your private data. Very sad, had hoped neodrives would work with someone who actually knew how to make a decent app, would have loved maps integration, firmware updates etc.
