The app could use Improvement. It was hard for me to change my measurement system. I could not select the settings icon until I reduced my resolution on my phone by sharing my screen on my TV (spent an hour troubleshooting this)... Zero start, speed settings and scooter lock are all available. Scooter lock is great; Yes, the scooter is small and can pick up, but the chances of someone "running" away are a lot less than if they could just hop on and ride off.

I'll update my rating if it's fixed. ***Update*** : My network ad blocker must have blocked the connection. I switched to my mobile networks, and it works fine now. Updated the rating to 4 stars. Now I'm curious what ad list was blocked that etwow was pinging.

Developer: please stop clearing data on network errors! Why can't I unlock my scooter without data? And can the app please just launch directly to the devices screen and auto connect to it?

No option to choose between the metric and the imperial measuring system. The app connects fine but not sure why you would use this other than zero start function. Speed settings options are locked to 3 specific speed settings. Light on/off has a dedicated button on the scooter. This scooter is very light so locking the wheel would not do much. Can't turn on off cruise control through the app. I haven't tried logging the trip yet, so maybe it is useful there.

Only accepts 10 chars long passwords without special chars. When entering user pass the keyboard chooser disappears, so cannot enter from different keyboard. Also, it says, no device found. Cannot connect to the scooter.

Can't connect although I have an account. Can't create a new one either. Many functions aren't available without the app. Like the "no limit" speed mode, for example.
