We need images from primary vendor catalog. Bar code reader is camera and can be quirky. Phone and Wi-Fi dependant; old phones and creaky or no Wi-Fi will cause poor performance. A separate Wi-Fi through your sonic wall is best; don't plug a Wi-Fi into your network without security. Might be bad. My samsung note 8 is old but works fine. It's fast in the store. Not for production as a purpose-built handheld terminal with an integrated scanner covers that mission, but great asap functionality.

Doesn't matter if this thing is on a mobile device or a computer, it's awful. I wish my work would get rid of it and get something better. It orders thing we have a lot of out of the blue. We can discontinue a series of items in our store, and then it'll start rapidly ordering them. Our inventory guy always wants to pull his hair out because things are usually all kinds of messed up and off in our system. This program is a few fries short of a happy meal. If you have a business, don't use this.

Really handy for what I need, and I use it often. Recently when trying to scan something the app forces my flashlight on and makes it difficult to scan bar codes.
