- Use Sound Match to personalize your device to your unique hearing needs. Sound Match appears automatically during first-time app use and can be accessed anytime from the app menu.
- Configure settings like Volume, Treble, and Bass within each program and for each ear. (Features vary by product.)
- Make situational adjustments to your hearing devices from the app. Change the program, mute/unmute, and increase/decrease the Noise Filter for your preferred speech clarity. (Features vary by product).
- Stay up to date by remotely applying Eargo’s latest software updates when available.

Installed this app in a Kyocera Duraforce Ultra to control Eargo 7 hearing aids. Found that phone and charger would find each other, but they would not connect. Performed all the troubleshooting steps online including deleting the app, ensuring all programs on phone were shutdown, turned Bluetooth off and on, rebooted phone and many other steps that did not work to connect. I planned to return them. Next day I tried it & it connected & worked. There must time on registration to connecting?

This app just won't connect to the charger case. How do I use this 3000 usd device without connecting to the app. With so many people complaining the same thing over here, I cant understand why eargo keeps posting same apology in replies instead of actually quoting the solution. Only reason I bought these was to be able to calibrate it to my ears. There is not a single tutorial video available online that actually shows u how to pair ur devices. What a shame
