Odd. I receive the bin notifications with no issues. I installed the app, added my post code, followed instructions to enable notifications (including the specific instructions on disabling battery optimization), and been fine so far. Hopefully it continues for the foreseeable future.

As others have said, the whole point of the app is to send bin reminders through push notifications. It doesn't do that (and yes, I have checked the settings). Until this is fixed, please bring back the sms reminders.

No reminder info re bin collections. Despite installing app twice, it doesn't send the reminder. Old reminders by text message worked great.

App doesn't always notify when bins are due for collection, have mine set for 8pm the evening before. Worked fine for green & brown last week, but it didn't notify me at all blue bin collection this morning. As others have said, app is rather pointless without the notifications. Would much rather have the text reminders which were consistent week after week!
