Easy to book. Easy to book the day before. Tells me what is going on with my ride. Way less stress as compared to before the app. Verification of driver coming and ETA. Once my driver went to the wrong address. Street names were similar and with in half a block. App showed where taxi was, so no big deal. If it was before the app, I would be waiting for a while before I would call.

I hope you won't disappoint me in the future. I pre-booked a ride on Grab, Lyft, and Uber... nothing. They don't want to unless my pickup place is "popular area" or "nearby places". My place is just 10 mins to my destination, but because I'm on the "other side" a little bit, they don't want to book or pre-booked it. Only Easy ride did it. It allowed me to pre-book my ride to go to the hospital. I understand it's easy, but saying my place is not accessible when I see 3 taxis go about on my area😏

Things are ruff when they were short of drivers but within this yr gr8 service and for the most part very friendly don't get me wrong there are a few who just always seem to be having a bad day
★★☆☆☆
This app is buggy as hell. I'd type in a location into the search bar and nothing would happen. And after I was able to select the route, the app froze. Fortunately I was able to use the link in the text I received to track the cab. I'll change my rating once you look into this. And if the issue isn't fixed I'll probably use one of the more popular "taxi" apps. You know which ones I mean.
