I can book appointments but at the end of the process, there is always a message that the booking failed. It doesn't but it is disconcerting.

Thank you to the kind Drs n staff for tolerating my feedbacks when my depression is triggered n I have flashbacks. Plus pain doesn't help, neither does no sleep. I've made an appt on 15th but daughter is working, so either I'm allowed a consult or see another Dr. Every1 gets angry with me due to my appts, n being late to them, but now I can't get in to see my Dr at the only times I'm able to, mornings r out as my feet n legs r too numb to stand. If my back hadn't been ignored for yrs, no probs

It's impossible to log in. You get sms code but can not return to the screen to enter the code.

Just the shittiest app ever. You have to sign in again and again before it actually works, systematically it's the right user and password since it systematically sends the OTP and then requests to sign in again... I also checked I'm on the latest version. I just do not understand why any medical center would use this app.

Cannot log in to the app. It just sends me in a never ending loop of username, password and code. Strangely, the app does irregularly and unreliably send notifications of appointment bookings made via the web, even though I can't use the app to make or view those appointments. Very frustrating.
