Despite all the complaints that I read I decided to give this app a chance. Surprisingly it has not given me any issues and works flawlessly so far (Samsung Note 20U). I can see my dashboard, all my transactions from the previous year and current year, have uploaded documentation, and navigated through the app with no lagging, delays, or error messages. I am quite satisfied with the performance as of now, but if anything changes I will update this rating.

Can't log in. Takes me to a browser log in, I enter my credentials and get a blank page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Same problem each time.

Here we go again.... I was decently surprised when they upgraded to the newest app. Last week it was working fine. I tried logging in just now and everything is blank. None of my information is in there and when I hit "submit a claim" it says my plan does not support this functionality, which is BS. I'm so tired of this company and how NOTHING works and they want documentation for EVERYTHING. If I had any say in my company's choices, I would get rid of them. There's so many better options.
