It sucks! The application works but if you try to log in then you can never manage it. From the same device you can log in from the browser and everything is fine but not from the app... But after my comments, the BOK team reacted fast and actually now it works! Many thanks for that and changing my evaluation as well!

Enjoy the availability of books on a whim. The reading function is awesome and simple. Only thing I find negative is their rather lacking selection. So I still have to but alot of paperbacks over the internet for big names like George R.R. Martin & Brandon Sanderson. They also lack most everything from Sarah J. Maas if you like fantasy. 100% convenience, 50% for selection. (4/5 for a great app, well-designed, bad selection for fantasy readers).

Couldn't log in on my Huawei phone, just went into a loop. Managed to log in on my Samsung tablet, but now it crashes every time I open a book.

Feel scammed. Just bought an ebook from their website, then downloaded the app to read it. Cant opens the book, app keeps shutting off. The ebook was not cheap already, and seeing how i didn't do my research thoroughly this time, ive now learned my lesson.

Can't log in. Continues to refresh and ask for login. Can log in in browser but not in the app.

Compared to kindle this app looks rather amateurish, very slow and full of glitches. One of the glitches makes the pages completely blanc unless you're pressuring the screen. Books are very expensive, and the audiobooks are nothing more than audio files with no extra function. Atrocious!
