Very nice and simple app to see your booked trip. One problem I am having is that if I book round-trip (Tallinn-Helsinki-Tallinn for example), then it doesn't show me the terminal name in Helsinki. It only shows Tallinn (A terminal) - Tallinn (A terminal). It would be very helpful to see also the terminal name in Helsinki in order to check how to get back to the ship.

Only reason to download this app is to open your cabin door, and you can't even count on it to do just that. App keeps constantly crashing and doesn't open the door. Worked fine for couple cruises, and suddenly it doesn't work.

Information from official site: "The most convenient way to check in is to download our app to your iPhone or Android phone" But when you install it, you see "You cannot check in this application" At least for a ticket with a car

Choosing the date of birth, when trying to find your own booking made extremely bad.

This app has a fatal flaw that is totally unacceptable for a travelling/ticket app. App kept on losing the trip information. Only way to fix it was to re-enter the booking number and birth date manually. The worst moment was in Helsinki when it happened when getting on the boat in a live queue.

Shows departure date of 17:30 instead of 18:30. Scared the hell out of me. By chance I was on a place with no internet access and couldn't verify that the departure is indeed 18:30 and that the app is lying to me.
