Unable to assess the product fully as the app is so glitchy. Constantly freezing when reading pulse or BP. Shut down when using the exercise. Have even installed and re-installed but still the same issues.

Terrible app and Ring, I can't get the ring to bind with the app, it did appear in my Bluetooth settings, then greyed out and disappeared completely. The ring is fully charged, I have enabled all the permissions. Trying to register the app is a nightmare, it says Network error, there is no error! Then all of a sudden, it lets me register, the ring is bound to the app, but the only readings are Steps, no Oxygen levels or Heartbeat readings, then it unbinds again and disappears again.
