Comments on ECTRI for Android

★★★★☆ Janier Smith · Sep 4, 2026

Love it. But the app doesn't let me fully use all features because it's Chinese and doesn't fully configure to my pH. other than that, it's fabulous. I'm not tech-savvy anyway, so I'm sure I wouldn't use all that other stuff anyhow

★☆☆☆☆ Randal Altman · Jun 30, 2026

Freezes up nowhere to adjust settings from metric to standard all in metric

★☆☆☆☆ Heather Schulze (Heather Schulze) · Jul 15, 2026

Drains battery. Crashes constantly. Was obviously not set up for English-speaking users as it is hard to understand and navigate. Just all around horrible. Thankfully the smart ring I bought was cheap because it's worthless without this app.

★☆☆☆☆ David Del'Nero · Jul 6, 2026

Terrible app and Ring, I can't get the ring to bind with the app, it did appear in my Bluetooth settings, then greyed out and disappeared completely. The ring is fully charged, I have enabled all the permissions. Trying to register the app is a nightmare, it says Network error, there is no error! Then all of a sudden, it lets me register, the ring is bound to the app, but the only readings are Steps, no Oxygen levels or Heartbeat readings, then it unbinds again and disappears again.

★☆☆☆☆ Mairead Beharie · Jul 2, 2026

Unable to assess the product fully as the app is so glitchy. Constantly freezing when reading pulse or BP. Shut down when using the exercise. Have even installed and re-installed but still the same issues.
