This app is a great improvement on the long serving paper forms, and greatly simplifies using the terminals to return to Canada. i just wish that i could use it at YYZ main terminal!
★★★★★
Speeds up customs, saves paper and avoids unreadable cards scribbled during tubulence. Watch out for airports that don't have the scanners yet! The app could do a better job of knowing if your destination is compatible with eDeclaration.
★★★★★
Works great at YUL but not at YYZ in my experience. Please update to include the cannabis declaration that has been added to the kiosks.
★★★★★
Great app I used it on my last trip Worked well
★★☆☆☆
What is the point of this app if you have to re-answer all the questions once you scan it at a kiosk? This app save 0 time...it actually makes the process longer
★★☆☆☆
This app literally does nothing at the airport kiosk at YYZ. We filled out all the info and generated a QR code but then the kiosk refused to scan the code and we had to fill out the traditional paper form which ended up causing us to be delayed at customs—precisely what this app was presumably designed to prevent in the first place!
★★☆☆☆
Filled out the form on the App last week on the plane. Tried to scan the QR code at Pearson's Terminal 3 but did not work. Also, the app does not have the latest "Cannabis" question whereas at the kiosk it did ask. This app needs to be updated!
