I love using the winter services from the company. My only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because they do not do single driveways. The company is very reliable, and I have had no issues cancelling services when I am capable of clearing the driveway myself. I have health issues so really have no choice but to have a service shovel my driveway in the winter when the snow is too much. Issue is I only have a single driveway but still pay $50.00 which is the charge for a double driveway.

Horrible. We requested snow removal service before 9am. At 1pm someone accepted and gave a window of 3-7pm. They didn't show up until 8pm and then plowed someone else's driveway. We tried to contact them but were not able to with the app. We tried to re-request service but were not allowed to do so because there was an "active job on the account." We called customer service and were initially hung up on. We called back, and they told us there was nothing they could do to get our driveway done.

Poor app. Contractor took a job for snow removal at 1230pm Message him after 6hr. None response. Message him the following morning. No response. Had to do the job myself. A pending charge from Eden still shows on my account. It would be a better app if Eden tracked the work the contractors did and provided rating on the contractors. Would have like the ability to cancel a transaction or pick a contractor vs having one assigned to me. Would not use app. Charge for service not provided.
